My professional journey spans over a decade in the airline industry, where I served as a Customer Call Centre Agent. This role was more than just a job; it was a passion that allowed me to connect with people from all around the globe, providing solutions and ensuring a seamless travel experience for each customer.
In addition to my professional experience, I hold a Bachelor of Marketing from the Namibia University of Science and Technology. My education has provided me with a solid foundation in marketing principles, which I have been able to apply in various aspects of my professional life.
