Dear WIS Family,
I am Zafari Nelao Zeidler, a Grade 10 student in WIS!! For our personal project which all grade 10’s have to do I decided to create a website in order to create awareness about our water crisis in Namibia and hopefully motivate people to save and preserve their water. Namibia is in a severe drought and has many water problems. For this reason I decided to create a product useful to the Namibian citizens and useful to our country. I hope this website will make you a Namibian water
expert in no time.
After reading this Website there is a Quiz too!!!!!!! The winner gets a voucher to the Panduka village next to the Goreangab dam!!!!! There are many things to do such as: local workshops(making crafts), tours, shopping local handmade crafts, cultural experiences and a delicious restaurant that has a beautiful view to the dam that holds a variety of birds.
The Goreangab dam is a very interesting dam one can investigate. It could have the potential to be a water resource if we make sure to increase its water quality again. Go investigate and analyse the problems and solutions!!!
