Derrek Berkompas
Mr Derrek Berkompas served as the Schoolwide Instructional Coach in the 2023-24 school year. In 2024-25, he transitioned to become the school’s first-ever Middle School Principal. As a father of six, foster parent of nine, and a current WIS parent of one, he is a steadfast believer in the power of human connection. He has over 25 years of experience in education and is from Washington State in the USA.
