WIS had an opportunity to participate in the MUN Namibia held at the UN House, from 1st to 2nd of November on the topic, "The Rising burden of chronic diseases and pandemics poses a challenge for all public health systems and requires innovative approaches to effectively improve population health. A new wave in public health”. We had the privilege of having 12 students across grades 9 and 10, both experienced and non-experienced students attend this MUN Conference.
A special vote of thanks goes to all of them especially, Jayden Kambinda (Grade 10) and Tapiwanashe Murwira (Grade 10) who served as Chairs for the conference representing our school.
Congratulations to our students, Kiran Wolf (Grade 9) and Kazuki Sadamoto (Grade 10) for winning awards for Best Delegate and Best Delegation respectively.
