US Embassy Windhoek Donates a Shipping Container to WIS

The US Embassy Windhoek's generous donation will help the school raise new standards for physical education, wellness, and sport

The shipping container is in great shape, and its convenient location located directly alongside the sports fields will help the Physical and Health Department have the right equipment at the right time. WIS Educational Director Ethan Van Drunen said, "We are so thankful to the US Embassy Windhoek for this generous donation. It will have an immediate positive impact on our sports and physical health education programme. In time, we also plan to use this shipping container's location as a boma backdrop and a base for beach volleyball at WIS."
